How Thrive Works
What to expect
Our program spans a maximum of two years, offering our clients a range of resources and services. These include counseling, mentorship, courses, bible studies, and other assistance to help you attain independence and self-sufficiency. We understand that embarking on a personal development journey can be challenging, so we're here to help make it easier.
The first three months of our program are dedicated to immersing our clients into the culture of Hope Station and our Thrive Program. At Thrive, we believe that culture defines us and sets us apart from the rest. Therefore, during the first three months, you will be asked not to engage in any occupation.
Our ambition is to embody kingdom culture, best exemplified in Galatians 5:22-23. We strive to live by the fruit of the Spirit, such as love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. By living and breathing among us, our clients will adopt this culture and make it their own.
The Four R’s Program Phases
Thrive is built around four phases designed to guide members through spiritual, personal, and practical transformation. Each phase helps build stability, responsibility, and long-term independence.

Phase Two: Refined

Phase Three: Released
Stepping into greater independence through employment, financial growth, and self-leadership while remaining connected to support and accountability.
Phase Four: Ready
Living independently with stability in work, housing, finances, relationships, and faith — equipped to thrive long-term.
